**Returns:**

**Conditions for Returns:**
1. Contact us within 24hrs of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. All returns must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Returns are subject to inspection, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the plants are not in their original condition.
**Non-Returnable Items:**
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for damages caused by any shipping provider that we use. While we take utmost care in packaging your plants securely, we understand that external factors, such as shipping mishandling, can occur. To address this, we recommend thoroughly inspecting your plants upon arrival and contacting us immediately if you notice any damages.
**Damaged Shipments:**
If your plants arrive damaged due to the shipping provider, please take clear photos of the damaged items and the packaging. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
**Refunds:**
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once we have received and inspected the returned items. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
